At the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson County, we believe in rewarding and celebrating our members' hard work and accomplishments. We’re reaching out to our community for support in restarting our Power Hour Store and kicking off our new Club Bucks Store, two programs designed to encourage and recognize our youth.

📚 Power Hour is our homework help program, where members can visit the education room after school, complete their homework, ask questions, and get the assistance they need. School and homework can be challenging for some children, and we want to reward everyone's efforts. Members earn points for their hard work, and at the end of each month, they can use their points to "buy" prizes from our Power Hour Store (or save them up for something special!)

💡 This program helps students stay motivated, build strong homework habits, and boosts their confidence by making education feel rewarding!

💵 Club Bucks is a new initiative where our staff will catch members doing good deeds—whether it’s being kind, helping others, or simply making the Club a better place. For these acts, they’ll earn Club Bucks, which they can spend at our new Club Bucks Store! With a variety of prizes, from small rewards to larger ones that encourage saving, this program will teach kids the value of kindness, responsibility, and financial literacy.

🏆 Both programs encourage positive behavior, build essential life skills, and create an environment where our members feel appreciated for all their efforts. But we can’t do it without your help!

We have an Amazon and Walmart Wishlist full of great prizes that our members will love! We’re also open to other donations—whether it's toys, games, books, art supplies, trading cards, gift cards, or anything else that could bring a smile to our kids’ faces!
