This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, building positive relationships, and creating engaging recreational experiences that help youth learn, grow, & succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Youth Development
-
Serve as a positive role model and mentor.
-
Promote sportsmanship, character development, and healthy lifestyles.
-
Encourage participation and member engagement.
Staff & Volunteer Management
-
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate coaches and volunteers.
-
Provide guidance and support to program staff.
-
Ensure accountability and adherence to Club policies.
Program Leadership
-
Plan and coordinate athletic programs, leagues, clinics, tournaments, and recreational activities.
-
Ensure programs are inclusive and welcoming to all participants.

Create engaging experiences that promote skill development and teamwork.
Facility & Equipment Management
-
Maintain athletic facilities and equipment.
-
Monitor inventory and coordinate purchases.
-
Ensure a safe and organized environment.
Community Partnerships
-
Build relationships with schools, parents, community organizations, and sports leagues.
-
Promote participation and community involvement.
-
Represent the Club at athletic events and meetings.
Administrative Duties
-
Maintain program records and reports.
-
Assist with budgets and expenses tracking.
-
Complete required Club documentation.
Qualifications
Required
-
High School Diploma
-
Experience working with youth
-
Strong communication and leadership skills
-
Ability to organize and manage programs and events
-
Ability to work with diverse youth populations
-
Basic computer skills
-
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Preferred
-
Experience in recreation, athletics, after-school programs, or youth development
-
Experience supervising staff or volunteers
-
Knowledge of common sports and recreational activities.
