Rental Rules
All rental inquiries and confirmations are handled by our Unit Director.
Rental fees must be paid prior to rental.
Rental fees are on an hourly basis; time shall begin from the opening of the doors to the final lock up.
Groups are restricted to the rented area only.
Rental group is responsible for providing adequate supervision for minors under the age of 18. BGCJC staff are not responsible for supervision.
The rental group leader is responsible for damage incurred during the rental period. Damage deposits are refundable if no damage occurs. Additional charges may be made to repair damage if the deposit is not sufficient.
Violation of any Club rental policies will result in immediate dismissal and forfeiture of deposit.
Renters are responsible for removing all trash and returning any items used to their original positions unless the “Clean Up Crew” service is purchased.
Staff is here to serve as support during the event. Not to set up or break down.

Rental Rate
Full Building: $150 per hour
15 minutes of set up time is included.

Additional Setup Time: 1 hour for $50
Add-On Options (Flat Rates):

Kitchen Access: $25
